Calls
The phone icon ( ) helps you connect with team members over voice and video calls from Slack. Certain apps can be set as default calling apps, allowing you to start calls with that service from the phone icon.
Webex Meetings can be set as a default calling app. Org-wide deployment
Apps with Org-wide deployment enabled can be installed at the org level in an Enterprise Grid org and subsequently deployed across workspaces by an Org Owner or Admin. This removes the need to install the app individually on each workspace.
